Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Orders received before 3:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday morning, unless it’s a holiday. Delivery times align with the options selected at checkout.

 

Product Availability

If a product is out of stock or we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll contact you promptly to discuss possible substitutions. If a substitution isn’t acceptable, you can cancel the order for a full refund to your credit card. Note: Prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice. Errors in product details or pricing will be corrected, and we will seek your approval before proceeding with your order.

 

Shipping Delay Advisory

To avoid last-minute issues, we recommend ordering well in advance. If you have a specific deadline, order early to accommodate any unexpected delays. We’ll provide a delivery estimate based on UPS data when you place your order. However, we can’t be held liable for delays due to weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier issues. Order Tracking

If you provide an email address during purchase, we will send you a tracking number once your order ships. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

 

Address Responsibility

Buyers must ensure their address details are correct. Once submitted, we cannot alter addresses. If an address is incorrect, we must wait to see if the package is returned as “Returned to Sender.” No replacements or reshipments can be made until we receive the returned package. Re-shipping to a corrected address will incur an additional shipping fee; refunds are not provided. Product availability and pricing for reorders are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at purchase.
